1. About Edgrify

Edgrify is a digital marketing agency providing services including but not limited to website design, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, graphics design, analytics and tracking, automation, and CRM setup.

We primarily serve businesses in Hamilton, Ontario and nearby areas, but may support other locations depending on scope.

2. Services & Scope of Work

All services are delivered under an agreed scope before work begins. Scope, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing via email, proposal, or CRM system.

• One-time services are billed per task and may start from $50+, depending on complexity.
• Monthly management services may start from $500+ per month and are billed on a recurring basis.

Any work outside the agreed scope requires written approval and may incur additional charges.

3. Payments & Billing

• Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms.
• Late payments may result in paused services.
• Monthly services are billed automatically unless cancelled in writing.
• Ad spend budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are paid directly by the client and are not included in service fees.

All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise.

4. No Guaranteed Results

Edgrify does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, or sales. Digital marketing results depend on many factors including competition, budget, market conditions, and client cooperation.

We commit to best practices, transparency, and ongoing optimization—not guaranteed outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and access needed to perform services
• Review and approve work in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with laws and platform policies for their business

Delays caused by missing access or approvals may affect timelines.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• One-time services are non-refundable once work has started.
• Monthly services may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for completed work or active billing periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Edgrify remain the property of Edgrify until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives usage rights unless otherwise stated.

Edgrify may display completed work in portfolios or case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Edgrify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
